Described by her students as reverent but not religious, Lisa’s Yin Yoga classes are soothing and soulful, taught by candlelight, and integrate both aromatherapy and guided breathwork.

A quiet practice, Yin Yoga is an uber-deep stretch, done entirely on the floor.

No yoga experience required.  Yin is a very unobtrusive way to learn basic yoga principles.
